1. Acceptance of Protocol
By downloading, accessing, or using FUEL (operated by VYZE Studio), you are willingly agreeing to be bound by these strict Terms of Service. If you are not prepared to be locked out of your distractions or commit to the protocol, do not utilize this software.
2. The Function of FUEL
FUEL operates by imposing deliberate, hardcore friction on your smart devices. You explicitly acknowledge that by setting up locks, certain applications will be entirely inaccessible to you until tasks are completed. You agree to utilize this system responsibly.
3. Disclaimers of Liability
VYZE provides FUEL "as is". Due to the aggressive locking nature of the software, we are not liable for any consequences resulting from your inability to access locked applications. Emergency communication capabilities (such as standard Phone apps and emergency dialers) are typically circumvented at the OS level, but VYZE assumes no responsibility for delays, missed messages, or lost opportunities caused by active application locks.
4. Intellectual Property
The name FUEL, VYZE, all underlying source code, visual aesthetics, brutalist design systems, and application architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of VYZE Studio. You may not reverse engineer, clone, or scrape any visual assets without explicit written permission.
5. In-App Currency (FUEL)
The "FUEL" points/currency generated by completing habits holds precisely zero real-world monetary value. It is an internal ledger designed solely to gatekeep your screen time. VYZE retains the right to alter the economy, inflation rates, and unlock costs within the platform at any time without prior notice.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our service entirely in cases of abuse, exploitation of the system mechanics, or direct violation of these provisions. You may self-terminate at any point by deleting your account.
