At VYZE, we build products to protect your attention, not harvest it. The FUEL app operates on a strict privacy-first architecture. We only collect the data absolutely necessary to verify your habits and lock distracting applications. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. You are the user, not the product.

• Screen Time Analytics: Accessed strictly locally on your device via secure OS-level APIs (like Apple's ScreenTime API). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly opt in for global leaderboards.
• Health & Fitness Metrics: Step counts, hydration levels, and workout statuses tracked from HealthKit or Google Fit. This data is only utilized to verify completion of your physical protocols.
• Account Information: Your email address and basic profile parameters (like username) when creating an account or joining the waitlist.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the minimal footprint required to operate the app. Screen time and health data dictate your daily FUEL earnings and lock status. Account data is used to secure your profile, sync your currency balances, and process support requests. We may occasionally send critical service updates to your email.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with strict, vetted third parties for backend infrastructure (e.g., authentication and secure analytics). No behavior tracking scripts or ad trackers exist within the FUEL application environment.

5. Security Infrastructure

We deploy industry-standard encryption protocols. Data transmitted between your client device and our secure servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive keys and parameters are locally encrypted in your device's keystore.

6. Your Rights
